GOOD AS OEM

"I bought this to replace the topper seal on my 1st gen 4Runner because they are no longer made. Softopper of course couldn't confirm whether this seal would work as a direct replacement for legal reasons, but it absolutely does. Even if you don't have a Softopper, you can use this seal to replace the OE seal between the cab and top on a 1st gen 4Runner. And its cheap too! I recommend adding some 3M Black Super Weatherstrip Adhesive to the cab before installing."
